I NEED TO KNOW IF A 1996 302 5.0 OUT OF A FORD EXPLORE WILL PLUG IN TO ALL OF THE COMPUTER AND OTHER PLUGS, IN OTHER WORDS CAN I PULL THE ENGINE OUT OF THE BRONCO AND DROP IN THE 302 OUT OF THE EXPLORE THE BRONCO HAS A 302 5.0

The engine will fit OK, But the sensor connectors are different, 90's are OBD I and 96's are OBD II Change throttle body then splice the small stuff like ECT And other engine sensors. 96 will have a cam sensor on the drivers head, I dont think the 90 has this. 96 may not have a distributor either.
