I need some info from a real Ford Motor Head. I have my 86 Ford Bronco II and it has a 2.9L V-6 Fuel Inj, I have gotten ahold of a 302 Small Block that is Carburated and I need to know if the bolt pattern will be the same on the Bell Housing of the tranny before I make any solid decisions and will I need to take the electric fuel pump out of the tank and put in a regular pick up for the mechanical fuel pump on the engine. Any info given will be a big help. Thank You!

Hi, the bellhousing won't bolt to the motor and you will have to change the sending unit, also you're going to need an oil filter relocation kit to mount your filter on the fender because of clearance issues.I know a couple of guys that have made this swap so if I can be of anymore help let me know. P.S. It's worth it.
