I'VE REPLACED FRONT CALIPERS, BRAKE LINES, MASTER CYL, VACUUM BLED ENTIRE SYSTEM WITH OVER 3 QUARTS OF DOT 3/4 SYNTHETIC FLUID AND HAVE NO LEAKS. THE VACUUM POWER ASSIST SEAMS TO BE O.K. THE PEDAL IS HARD WHEN NOT RUNNING.

Does this vehicle have RWAL (rear wheel anti-lock)? Sounds like the RABS (Rear anti-lcok brake system) valve is bypassing.I have seen a lot of these go bad, it acts just like amaster cylinder or air in the system. Even when the valve goes bad, it wont set an ABS light every time.

Ok, just wanted to be sure, I looked it up before in Mitchell and it said it had it. Did you bleed the wheels in the proper sequence? ; R/R, L/R, R/F, L/F? Did you match the master cylinder up with the old one? Was this the reason it was replaced? Are the rear brakes adjusted up properly?
