Hi:
I believe your vehicle still has a carb on it and is not fuel injected. If I'm wrong let me know.

Where the linkage connects to the carb the connection is to the butterfly at the base of the carb. There will be a base idle screw that is used to move the butterfly assembly to where the idle is near 900RPM's.
