I was driving on the highway and I just set the cruise control. All the sudden all the lights popped on in the dash. The speedometer needle kept jumping up and down, then it got buried at the max speed (90mph). The car was in drive and it started to rev up like it was in neutral. So I pulled over to the shoulder and shut it off, 10 minutes later tried to start it again and it just kept clicking. About 30 minutes later the car was completely dead, nothing electrical worked, not even the hazards. I think it may be the battery but Im not sure. Do you guys have any suggestions?

You need to have the battery tested. It is probably dead and may be bad, but it also sounds like you have a charging problem as well. Have the alternator checked also and post back with your findings.
