1995 Ford Aerostar install 12v power outlet

The gray and white wires on the power outlet, where are they connected? It is to be used with a sirius plug and play unit, cigarette lighter on front dash does not work, cig lighter on back seat side does work.

The rear cigar lighter and front (instrument panel) cigar lighter share the same circuit and fuse. Fuse # 16 (20 amp) and they should have a light blue/white wire and a black wire running to each lighter socket. The black wire is for grounding and runs from each lighter socket to the center of instrument panel, left side of radio. The light blue/white wire from each socket will run to the fuse mentioned earlier, in the instrument panel fuse block. Since one of the sockets work but the other does not, either the cigar lighter socket is faulty or perhaps the ground wire for that specific socket is loose/damaged.
