I know I have an old, used car. And I dont expect miracles but when it gets up to about 65 miles per hour it drops down to almost as low as 20 sometimes when im on the eway. I was told I need a governors switch but im having a hard time finding it. I live in chicago. Help!

Hey ya, First off I've never heard of a governors switch. There are many solenoids in the trans but none that I can think of that will slow your vehicle. I guess my first question is. Is the trans downshifting that slows you down or does the trans seem to be falling into neutral and not pulling the vehicle unless you are under 20 MPH. Get back W/me.
