1993 Ford Aerostar not blowing out heat

My a/c is working fine blows out plenty of cold air from the vents. My problem is that when I change the knob to red for heat no heat comes out. Also when I change the knob to defrost my front window no air comes out of that cold or hot, any suggestions?

First, locate the heater hoses under the hood. With the engine hot and the heater on high, make sure they are both hot. Let me know what you find.

THe vents, on the other hand, are run by vacuum. Check for leaks under the dash.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
