My van stalled and I can not get it started it turns over but will not try to hit it sounds like its flooded and you can smell gas. I was told it could be the Fuel pressure regulator. But I can not find it either. Any advice would be very helpful.

The regulator is located on the passenger side of the fuel rail, under the upper intake manifold. But I cannot remember if it is integrated into the fuel rail itself. Do you know if you have spark?

Yes I have spark, the van started the next day no problem but only idled for about 30 seconds. After that it began to shack and sputter and finaly stalled out and wouldn't restart at that time.
