Flashing dash light after I start my car

Only when it cold all my dash light will flash and dim after the car warms a lil it stops doesnt hapen while im driving or atleast hasent yet

Id say that the charging system is struggling when cold due to a worn belt or a battery that's not holding power as it used to. Have the battery fully charged and load tested, and check your belt for shininess. That will slip in cold weather especially when the engine is cold too
