I checked the pressure for the release valve on the motor it comes out really good, so I know it the pump is not bad. So what could be the problem?

Did the engine start prior to replacing the fuel filter?

Yes it did start, but before it warmed up it hesitated. So I replaced the fuel pressure regulator it worked fine for about a half an hour then acted like it was starving for gas then stalled. I got it running a few times then from that point on it just turned over without starting. I checked out pressure valve on the motor and it sprayed out gas which means the fuel pump is fine. So what else could it be if not the fuel filter the pressure regular or fuel pump?

It very well could still be a fuel delivery issue. Even though fuel sprayed out of the test port, that doesn't necessarily mean the pump is producing enough pressure. Please check the fuel pressure by following the instructions in the video link below. The pressure specification for your vehicle is 55-62 psi.
