Heater not working

Heater not working blows cold air, sometimes hot for a few mins. Water level are ok. The pipes are hot to and from heater rad.

THanks for this post I had this problem and had to change the blend door actuator for the temperature mode.

Make sure the coolant is full. Check to make sure both heate core hoses are getting hot, If they are, check the blend air door operatio. If they are both hot, check the blend air door. If only one side is hot, back flush the heater core.
