No ground Pulse, will not start

Crank, no start, new ECM, new coil, new crank position sensor, new cam position sensor. No ground pulse, coil unhooked twelve volts but no ground pulse when cranking.

Good morning.

Did you have the PCM flashed to your vehicle?

When you crank the engine, does the tachometer on the dash read a small RPM? That will tell us if the crank sensor is sending a signal to the PCM.

Can you hear the fuel pump run with the key on?

The PCM controls the ground for the coils as well as the injectors. That is why I asked about the programming or flashing being performed.
