Hello,

The problem is that the exhaust temperature rises from the engine terribly. Knowing that I emptied the exhaust of everything in it. And I changed the fuel injectors. I also rebuilt the engine. But there is no point in that.

Please help me solve the problem. My respect to all.

Thanks.

Hello, are you saying your exhaust pipe is actually turning red due to overheating? And you emptied the Catalytic Converter? Took it out completely? What part of the exhaust, is it more up near the exhaust manifold? And did you check to see if parts of the converter didn't get stuck in the muffler? That would be my first thought, part of the converters honeycomb came apart and got stuck in the muffler's baffles.
You can do a back pressure test at the front Oxygen sensor location and see if there's any pressure build up. A restriction in the exhaust, unless raw fuel is getting down into the exhaust pipe and actually igniting down there. Either way it sounds like a very dangerous situation.
