Starter Issue

After a few problems with the car refusing to start then starting okay and now it does not even turn over the starter, but all electrical seems okay. The alternator is new and the battery is good, but the motor does not even attempt to turn over. Am I right in suspecting the starter?

Before you just replace the starter, have it tested, usually for free, at an auto parts store.

Before do that, why don't you read through this.

Towards the end of the post might save you some money should you actually need to replace the starter. Using this method at this particular store, other auto stores, and even many other unrelated stores has saved me, family, and friends thousands of dollars.
