Many error codes on 6.7 turbo deisel?

I'm getting this codes on my 2010 dodge ram 2500.
P2579 - Turbocharger Speed Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P2580 - indicates a Turbocharger Speed Sensor Circuit Low
P2227 - Barometric Pressure Sensor 'A' Circuit Range/Performance
P2270 - O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P226C - Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected a slow response from
the turbocharger boost control system
P21B2 - prolonged duration to enter closed-loop NOx absorber control

I have replaced the O2 sensor and Barometric Pressure Sensor. I have also pulled the Turbocharger Speed Sensor and tested the ohms, and it read 900 from what I've read the ohms should be between 600-1200 so it would seem that it is fine. I'm kind of lost at to why the codes are still happening and need help with finding what to look at or diagnose next.

Sure, I can help, to me it sounds like the turbo is having an issue, I would remove the intake or exhaust side of the turbo to check the main shaft endplay. Should be close to none.

I have check the main shaft endplay on the intake side and there seem to be very very little to none play it in. Would this problem maybe be the cause of the VGT going bad? It runs fine when I'm slow to accelerate but on hills and under heavier acceleration it can sometime chug and then gets up and goes just fine. Or do you think this would be more of a VGT veins problem? Maybe they are build up with soot and causing the problem? Please let me know what you thoughts are on this.

Yes, I would inspect the turbo as must as possible, if it looks okay it could be the speed sensor is out which can cause all of these codes. Lets swap out them speed sensor here is the location, clear the codes once completed. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Would it even be the speed sensor if I've pulled that and tested the ohms and I'm getting 900? From what I have found the ohms should be between 600-1200. So, this would be in range. But if you think that it could be that then I can look into replacing it. I haven't had the time to check the turbo but my guess is it will mostly likely be it as it's the stock turbo at 144,444 miles on it. I don't really use the exhaust brake. I'm wondering if that has also contributed to the soot build up. If I feel conformable I would just pull the turbo and rebuild it but I would kind of be lost on the rebuild part. Thanks again for all your help and insight.

I am confused; did you get a chance to check the turbo endplay? Also, I have seen sensor Ohm out okay but fail in operational conditions.

P2580 - indicates a Turbocharger Speed Sensor Circuit Low

This code is telling us the sensor is bad or the turbo.

Yes I was able to take the Intake piping off and check the play both side to side and end to end and there is no play. My thought is that it is a problem with the turbo on the exhaust side with the veins with soot build up or the VGT having problems with opening up the veins because of soot build up.

Yep, that can be the problem, does the engine seem to have the same power? Sometimes the DFP filter will clog up and cause zoot and low power.
