No crank no start, code code P1237

Fuel pump relay clicks, Fuel pump fuse okay. Gas cap checked okay. Did a diagnostic check and got error code P1237.

Based on this data I do not know if it is the fuel pump driver module or the fuel pump.
I would appreciate if anyone can provide insight.

Do you have a voltmeter or test light to do some checks?

Fuel Pump Circuit Open or Shorted
Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) Damaged
Fuel Pump Power Circuit Open or Shorted
Fuel Pump Return Circuit to Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) Open
Fuel Pump Rotor Locked

I attached a wiring diagram. You need to verify the fuse circled has power on both sides. The wires at the module need to be confirmed as well. They should be hot in the start mode.

With a multimeter what is the best way to measure the voltage across the fuse?
For the module do I measure the voltage between pin 2& pin 9 as well as pin 2 and pin 10. Can I remove the connector and measure voltage on the connector pins?

Put the black lead on a good body ground and the red on the terminal. Check the voltage at each pin.

Here are the voltages that I measured
both side of the fuel pump fuse 12.04 v
here are the voltages on all the pins on the module
pin1 -.06 V
pin 2.03 V
pin 3.02 V
pin 4 0 V
pin 5 0 V
pin 6 0 V
pin 7 6.77 V
pin 8 0 V
pin 9 11.98 V
pin 10 0.03 v

These voltages on the fuse were measured without removing the module. The voltages on the connector pin were measured after removing the module.

I also measured the voltage across pin 2 and pin 9 with the module removed and the voltage was 12.04 volts. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

It looks like you have power to the pump from the module.

I would replace the pump.
