Engine will not start?

It was I parked it and now it won't start, back up, won't turn over. The dash lights won't come on, nothing comes on except the engine light it doesn't register any volts or anything, but it's got a good battery we just put a change of starter in it. What could it be?

Hi,

Are other electrical components working such as lights, horns, radio, and so on? Also, how long was it parked? Do you mean overnight or was it in storage?

Are the battery terminals clean, tight, and in good condition? Have you checked fuses for power in the under-hood fuse box? If you haven't, do that and let me know the results.
