Thanks for the pics HMAC300! Just need to get the motor out with a friend's engine hoist and stand and I'll have it back on the road the ride on another day!

Hey GOTDUNES,

It sounds like you have one of two problems, either you have a blend door actuator that has gone bad or something is stuck in the blend door itself which will require the heater box to be removed.
