Car will start easily. Idles rough and low. Literally, as soon as you shift the transmission into gear (reverse or drive) it shuts off. Not sputtering then shutting off, more like it's just shutting off. It's kicking a crank and cam position sensor code. Can clear the cam code but crank stays active. I can start the car immediately after it shuts off. Once I start up the cam sensor comes back. But my question is, will the Crank position sensor cause it to shut off like this, or would it be more likely the TCC to blame?

Yep, it could be either, I would try to hold the RPMs up slightly to see if it still stalls to tell if it is an engine issue or transmission, if you take a short video of the problem I can tell for sure. Here is the location of the crankshaft sensor so you can change it out. You might have a timing belt that has jumped a tooth as well. While you are changing the sensor please check the timing of the belt.

When you revved up and put it in gear it would still shut off. Changed the crankshaft position sensor and it ran smoother and didn't die right away, at first got backed up about 5 feet shut off. Then same problem. Changed the cam shaft position sensor at this point and now runs fine. I took two laps around the block, and it seems fine. But thank you for your reply. I truly appreciate it.
