After starting it white smoke comes from tailpipe

Truck sat up for 2 years. After starting it white smoke comes from tailpipe with a strong fuel smell. No check engine, idles well. What could be happening?

Hello,

Usually, white smoke coming from the exhaust means that coolant is being burnt in your vehicle's engines combustion chambers. The coolant can be getting introduced into the combustion chambers by a blown head gasket, a cracked cylinder head or engine block. On some vehicles with a coolant crossover tube the coolant can be leaking in via a failed gasket going into the cylinder head and down the valves.
