Engine running rough

Engine is running very rough at low rpm. I have changed the fuel pump, the TPS, crank sensor and cam sensor, changed the PCV valve, I have also smoke tested it too. There are no engine codes showing up. Anyone have any ideas?

Good morning.

How old are the plugs?

I would also check the compression to be sure it is not internal in the motor.

Also, the injectors. They should be cleaned professionally as well. Additives have no effect on cleaning.the injectors.
