Engine part name

Hi, I am not sure what the part on my car is called, the is listed above it is a 1.6v hatch back. On the left of the engine there is a metal part with a black cap and a round like bubble seal under it by the coolant box. It needs replacing because it is leaking everywhere.

I struggled to find a picture of a power steering fluid reservoir, but was able to get one from online. Take a look at the first picture. Is that the part that is leaking? If so, clean the area and check to see if what is leaking is the supply line. It is not common for the reservoir to fail. Also, let me know where the leak is coming from. There may be other issues causing the problem.
