Can we delete/remove engine oil cooler from this type of car? Will it cause any damage to engine?

Hello, I am Danny.

I would strongly suggest not to do that. The function is in place to help keeping the oil temperature down to actually avoid engine damage. Is there a problem/leak? Just wondering why you are considering doing this. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.

I believe it would be okay to drive as long as there are no leaks. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.

If they were able to remove/bypass the oil cooler and there are no leaks you will be okay. I would suggest to have it fixed when time/money permits but just be sure to monitor the temperature and conditions in the fluids of your vehicle. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
