Engine not shutting down?

Hello, whenever the engine is started, it keeps running when the ignition switch has been turned off, even with the ignition key removed.
It will only shut down when certain relays have been removed from the fuse box.

What could be the cause?
Could I have the power distribution of the engine?
Could I have the wire diagram for the engine?

I would try running the codes because the BCM can be going bad, here is a video to show you how:

Also, I would try swapping out the PCM relay here is the location which it sounds like you remove to get the engine to shut off. If the relay is stuck on the engine will not shut off. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
