Engine locked

Okay, so I tried to put my car on highway I put oil in before we left car stopped on highway has not started since.

see if you can turn engine over by hand if you cannot it locked up for some reason and have a mechanic check it. check to see if oil Is full as well if not and very low then it is probably burnt up.
