I have the vehicle listed above. It has 100+ miles. I can't get the engine light off. Idle is rough, no power on acceleration.

I've scanned it multiple times. I've had multiple codes Po2015, po000b, po0222, po0016, po0161b Plus multiple po 300,302,304.

I have changed these:
Intake runner 7-29 Coolant temp sensor 8-4 Camshaft pos sensor (F) 8-4 Crankshaft 8-5 Camshaft pos sensor (R) 8-7
Changed ECM on 8-16

Looking at the codes and the symptoms and the mileage I would say it's a textbook example of a bad camshaft phaser. It is stuck in one position and is causing most of the problems because the cam is not in the correct position relative to the crankshaft. I would get a timing kit for it and change out all of the phasers chains and tensioners.

It is. The top and front of the engine has to come off, then you remove the chain and sprockets and the old guides and tensioner, Then reverse the process with the new parts. You need a couple special tools as well to hold the cams in place as you work. I would also suggest replacing the cam actuator solenoids at the same time.
