Engine shuts off when I stop the truck

I just had AAA out to replace battery and now this. Also I shut off engine and started again stays at 1,000 rpm's with no gas pedal control and it's back to shutting off when I stop.

Hi,

Just check to confirm there are no vacuum hoses and the air intake tube haven't been accidentally disconnected and nothing is unplugged.

Also, I'm not sure how much you have driven it since the battery was replaced, but often times the computer goes through a quick relearn process when voltage is removed. Symptoms like this can happen and then just stop. Have you driven it far? Is it running okay other than this issue?
