No, but it wouldn't hurt. Make sure the key is off though.

I checked the connector its not corroded.
When I wiggle and had crazy thing going on the key was in run position. Do I need to redo the test or I would damage the pcm?

Today the car was idling with the ac on when it starts to shake and the check engine light came on
I checked the codes it was I think 9 of them. The one I remember are U0001 U0014 p700. The car ran fine since august 7 until today. Today I wiggled pcm connector #4 the car did not starts and the security light was flashing, the battery light came on too. I had to disconnect the negative battery after that the car stated
