Engine flooded

A diagnostic concluded my fuel pump needed to be replaced. I replaced both the pump and the filter and it turns over but still will not fire up. I replaced spark plugs and still nothing, sounds exactly like a flooded engine. I can hear the fuel pump running.

The first step is to see if the ignition is working, follow this guide and let me know what you find.
