How much should I expect to pay in labor costs/how long should it take to repair an engine coolant temperature sensor? I have the car listed above (Z4). Any help would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

Autozone has a few for about $20.00 and the labor guide says 0.5 hours so give or take at $80.00 an hour, $40.00 to replace it plus the $20.00 for the sensor for a total of $60.00.
