Dashboard has no power

No power to the dashboard.

When fuse blows it would result in indicator lights not functioning. The dash/meter light has its dedicated fuse in the fuse-box under dash. Have it checked, it should be labeled "meter". Sorry I do not have any location diagram to show you.
