Yep, this is a failsafe warning due to a bad throttle body or accelerator pedal sensor failure. We need to run the codes to figure out which.

Most of the time shops will replace both at the same time FYI, here are the parts I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Okay thank you for the info I happen to know a guy who runs a auto shop so im gonna have him look at it to make sure I didnt miss anything I figured out most of it out myself.

My best guess Is the vaule on the throttle body is closed and not being able to open because you can hear it wanting to start it just cant.

Yep, in limp mode the butterfly will be closed. Let me know how it goes.
