Electronic problem while starting

Suddenly while I was driving, stability control icon popped up, and also my car battery icon, after I came home, turned off, it was not able to start, battery was dead.
I replaced car battery, everything worked well for half hour, car was working normal, then again same icons pop up again. Then suddenly my dashboard, lights, meters for speed and rpm, everything started randomly going up down and my all lights flashing randomly.
Came back home, turned off car, tried to start, it can't start, only car battery sound ticking, then also while I try to start, it again things with dashboard meters start going crazy up down again. What is this?

You will need to have your charging system tested. Most often a failed alternator is the cause of this exact concern. The stability control light came on due to low voltage.
