Okay. As I stated I suspect you have wiring issues that they are not capable of carrying the current to the component or module. Again, until you actually measure continuity and then load test the wiring, you are going to be guessing.

Okay, I have no idea how to measure continuity or do a load test. However, I did use a light circuit tester on both fuse boxes and under my hood. The big not relay fuses the 1first to does not light up at all not even under the fuses. Then there is the smaller fuses and 1 that is a 15 only lights up on 1 side not the other. Then at the bottom of the same small fuses there like 5 that get no light at all on the relay side. T he 1 that is clicking is the 1st big box 1 it lights up then the 40 that is with the diode. Isn't at all the smaller relays by the diodes tho the 2nd 1 when I push it in with the key in it and lights off makes the headlights come on. And the 4th when I push it makes the dinging sound inside the car. Again without the key in it. Then the last of the big relays at the bottom only 1 side lights up I took apart the box to see if any wires were exposed and there aren't, but the prongs they seem loose inside the fuse spaces. Now under my hood I already told you there is a few not lighting up but they are like the cigarette lighter and lights. Nothing major but I noticed I am missing a small relay and on the back of it the central timer module is missing as well. I am telling you this in the hopes you can maybe give a idea of what if anything can be done in this area. Also I have no idea how to use a ohm meter. Can you please advise me how? And tell me what I need to get to do the load and continuity tests as well as how to do them? Please and thank you.

Hi, I had to rest my phone so I can't access the information on here you gave me. Can you please send me the fuse box diagrams for both on and under the hood of those car? And how to use a multi-meter to check the wiring again? And should I have the battery hooked up fuses all in and key on when testing?
