Info center is telling me "battery not charging"?

My issue is the info center is telling me "battery not charging".

•Truck overheated while driving so I pulled over and checked my fluids and found that I was low on oil, but all other fluids/reservoirs were fine.

• Replaced the water pump, thermostat, oil and oil filter.

•overheating issue fixed. Now the battery light and said message appeared.

• Replaced serpentine belt and alternator but nothing changed.

•Battery only reading 11.3Volts (less than one year old) voltage at alternator while running is the same as battery.

Hi,

Have you had the alternator bench tested? It sounds like it may be bad. Also, there is a fusible link between the battery and the alternator. I need to confirm there is power to the alt at the red wire on it. Check this with everything off.

I attached the wiring schematic below for the charging system. Check that for me and let me know what you find. Also, here is a link you may find helpful:
