How do you fix an instrument cluster on a 2003 trailblazer?

You replace the entire assy.

Check with dealer on any recalls on IP cluster, GM has had a lot of problems with the unit on trailblazers/envoys.

I checked with chevy and they have recalls on the tahoe and suburban but not the trailblazer. A lot of people are having the same problem as me but there's no recall.

Go to the Chevy website and get a phone number of zone office or complain directley to Chevrolet.

They may offer you a free part (you pay labor) or something else. It doesn't hurt to try.
