gauges randomly drop to zero, the lights dim and flicker?

I've already replaced the battery, alternator, and radiator, but the issue persists.

The car's gauges randomly drop to zero, the lights dim and flicker, and I eventually lose all power. I need someone with experience troubleshooting electrical or other potential issues with older Civics.

It sounds like the positive battery cable could be bad. Can I ask if the alternator is charging the battery when the engine is running? This guide can help us see:

If it is not charging let's check the fuse #10 and #4 in the under-dash fuse panel, this guide can help, and I have included the fuse locations as well.
