Electrical issues after car shut off at a red light

My, I have the car listed above GLE model. It shut off on me at a red light. It started right up immediately but when it did I had lost power to my wipers, tail lights, power windows and locks, dash lights, interior lights, and sunroof.
I drove the car approximately thirty miles, and parked it. It started the next morning, and I drove to a convince store, and the car wouldn't start when I came out. Jumped it twice and it shut off after a few minutes.
I pulled the battery and took and got it charged. The car started with a fully charged battery, I turned it off and when I went to restart it twenty minutes later I got nothing. Headlights are strong, but I get no cranking, nothing but silence when I turn the key.
