The truck has been sitting for months because of a bad fuel pump. So I replace the fuel pump and when I turn the key on to start it all the lights are blinking and flashing and the horn is blinking on.

Good afternoon,

I would start by charging or changing the battery. This whole issue sounds like low voltage.

Do you have a voltmeter to do tests?
