EGR and O2 sensor replaced

2006 CHRYSLER PACIFICA
205,000 MILES • 3.5L • 6 CYL • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Had EGR and upstream O2 sensor replaced problem still existing. idle breaks when stopping then no power then it bounces back. Erratic and varying. Fault codes came back?

This could be a couple things if they are related but we need to start with what the actual code is.
