Engine cranks but will not start

Electrical problem 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 95 eagle summit that will turn over and not start. We have checked for spark and it has good spark. The fuel pump does seem to work and we disconnected the fuel line from the rail and turned the key and fuel came out. We do not have a way to check the pressure out. No adapter to put in line and no regular pressure check nozzle available. We used a light style tester to see if power was going to the injectors and it did not light up. But we did not use a tester so I am not sure if there is enough power to light up the test light. But if the injectors are not getting any power going to them what might be the problem then? Please help!
