No communication with ECM?

My anti-theft system is on and no communication with ECM and not telling me what gear I'm in and saying that trans is hot, and it won't start doesn't crank but starter is good turns over with a remote switch but don't turn on.

I would start by turning the ignition on and check the fuses, this guide can help:
