Drivers rear window regulator replacement electric issue?

I followed the video to replace the regulator in the driver‘s rear door. Everything worked fine meaning the motor was still working prior to taking it out, I replaced with a new regulator, keeping the old motor and when I tested it in the car, there’s no power it seems getting to the motor. Just in case I ordered a new regulator with a new motor and also plugged it in to test it and there’s no power now getting to that door. Double checked to make sure all other windows are working and they are.

Here is the video in question, so the window motor control is provided by the foot well module which go out on these cars, but we should check the 4 fuses that run the system, there are fuse #86, 84, 81 and 41 in the fuse panel under the right side of the dash.
