If you mean the seat will recline but not come back up and you don't have the memory seat option, it is either a failed switch or a problem with the limit switch. The system uses polarity reversal to control the motors but they have integrated the limit switches into the motors so it is possible that the repair would be to replace the motor. If you do have the memory seat option (seat switch plus switch in the door for the memory) you can add the memory module to the list of possible failed items. The attached are the information the service info has on the seat systems. The repair process they list is simply - use a scan tool to test the system and see if it is getting the power seat switch signals, if it is but the seat isn't moving correctly, replace the seat. They show the motors but not really anything about how they get replaced. I suspect it isn't that difficult but it means removing the cover at least to get to the various motors.
