The driver's power door lock works perfectly; however, I cannot manually unlock the door from the inside of the car. Key, fob, exterior/interior buttons all work fine. If I park car with door locked while running it should unlock when car is shut off and I pull on interior door handle, but handle will not budge to unlock door. A vertical door lock shaft near the window also will not budge to unlock door. Not actuator, nothing appears to be loose inside door.

Yeah. You are correct that we need to remove the door panel and find out why the lock is not moving when you pull the handle. Here are a couple of guides that will help with this:

Once the door panel is opened then that will tell us what is going on. I would just try and move the shaft by hand and see what happens.

Please open this up and then get some pictures of what you find if you are not able to figure it out once it is.

Let us know what you find with this because I am sure you will find out what is going on.

Thanks
