When my car gets put in Drive, I half to press the gas pedal several times before the car starts to move in first gear! And my car wheels smokes sometimes when pressing the Brakes or sitting at a light, start driving it start smoking. Then when I pull over to see where its coming from no smoke!

Does the white smoke only come from under the hood, or the tail pipe as well?
