Windows will not go up and down and the locks do not work after replacing the driver and passenger doors?

I would remove the door panel and recheck the electrical connectors, also the main wiring harness connector inside the car at the kick panel needs to be checked as well. Hi Ken L, thank you for your time. the people who replaced it for me said, maybe the operating system has to be reset. I used doors from a hatchback model for my se model if that makes a difference. An official ford rep even looked it up to confirm that it was compatible.
