Engine shut off while driving will not start

Was driving and it just stalled out while doing about 60 mph. Pulled over to side of road and tried to restart, engine will crank but doesn't turn over.

It could possibly the timing belt, or fuel pump. Does the engine spin over faster than it normally does?

No it's normal. Just doesn't turn over.
