Sound not coming from radio speakers

Sound not coming for radio. Replaced speakers audio amp.
Audio went out so replaced the Bose audio amp. Sound does not come out the speakers. What should I look for? I checked fuses. I do not what happened I replaced the radio docks to.

Is this a factory system or aftermarket? I ask because the OEM radio doesn't have any type of dock. Also they are VIN locked and will shut down if there is a problem, the OEM Bose system has to be reprogrammed with a dealer level scan tool if parts are replaced.
